What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives on responsibility and enjoys building something from the ground up. You'll combine a strong electrical background with the commercial and stakeholder management skills to run a live contract from the front, working collaboratively with health & safety, planning, permitting and commercial teams to keep delivery on track.
Overview
We're recruiting for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join an established civils, fibre and telecoms business that is expanding into EV charging infrastructure.
This is a newly created role for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operational delivery of a long-term contract with a leading EV charge point operator, acting as the main point of contact for the client and leading the project from the front.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
