Job Title: Senior ELVS Project Manager
Department: Major Projects
Location: City of London / Lloret House, 20 Ullswater Crescent, Coulsdon
Reporting to: Contracts Director

Lloret is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ELVS Project Manager to lead a major Extra Low Voltage Systems (ELVS) package on a prestigious commercial development in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a complex project, leading a team of skilled professionals through the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through to successful system commissioning and client handover.

You will oversee the delivery of key systems, including:
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Communications & Network Systems (CNS)
- Smart Building Technologies
- Master Systems Integration (MSI)
Technical Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the industry.
- Proven track record delivering large projects.
- Good communication and client facing skills.
- Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, Project and Web based document control systems.

Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the ELVS project including Pre-construction, engineering, installation, commissioning and handover.
- Lead and support all members of the project team.
- Communicate with the client in a positive and confident manner.
- Engage and manage subcontractor supply chain.
- Monitor and report status of all project deliverables.
- Develop and work within the project timeline and budget constraints.
- Identify and capture variations to contract works.
- Accurately report project commercials and forecast costs to come.
