The Role – Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator – Workplace Pensions

At PIB Employee Benefits, we’re reshaping how organisations care for their people - combining expert advice, market‑leading benefits and a genuinely human approach to help colleagues thrive.

We're looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of services for a portfolio of workplace pension clients. From contribution processing and auto-enrolment compliance to building strong client relationships and supporting the wider team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid technical pensions knowledge and a collaborative, detail-focused approach.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the day-to-day administration and delivery of services for allocated workplace pension clients, including contribution processing, auto-enrolment compliance and query resolution, in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong client and provider relationships, and support consultants with meeting packs, reports and project-based work such as scheme changes and provider transitions.
  • Manage personal workflow to meet SLAs, maintain accurate systems and records, and produce consistently high-quality work in line with FCA and Pensions Regulator requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team development through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and building strong technical pensions expertise (including relevant qualifications where agreed).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
