Senior Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Runcorn
Salary: Up to £45,000
Job Type: Permanent
This is a standout role for someone who loves being at the intersection of people, policy, and progress. You’ll be the go-to specialist on all things Employee Relations — from managing a range of high-volume ER cases to complex case investigations and supporting on ER projects.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with extensive employee relations experience and the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on a range of employee relations issues.
In this key role, as Senior Employee Relations Advisor you will work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, predominately focussing on employee relations casework which will include disciplinaries, up to and including dismissals. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Employee Relations Advisor equipped with specialist employee relations knowledge and experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
The salary is up to £45,000 and the role is office-based three days per week and two days working from home.
For the top end of the salary range you'll be CIPD qualified and a highly experienced Employee Relations Specialist with strong high volume case management experience.
