Join Bee Health and Shape the Future of Employee Relations
Bee Health is one of the UK's leading contract manufacturers of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements, supplying some of the world's biggest brands and retailers from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bridlington. We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing HR team and play a key role in supporting managers and employees across our business. Based on-site and reporting directly to the HR & Compliance Director, this role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on employee relations, management capability and organisational performance.
The Role
This is a hands-on, specialist HR role focused on managing complex employee relations matters while coaching and developing managers across the business.
You will take ownership of disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, flexible working, investigations and appeal cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes. You'll also work closely with operational leaders to strengthen management capability, improve decision-making and support workforce initiatives.
As Bee Health operates a 24-hour, 7-day manufacturing operation, flexibility is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt their working hours where reasonably required to engage with managers and employees working across day, night and weekend shifts and to provide support during time-sensitive operational matters. This is not a standard 9-5 HR role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
