Kent | Hybrid | Full-Time or Part-Time
up to £90,000 + Uncapped Bonus & Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Law Solicitor to take ownership of and lead the Employment Law offering within a fast-growing firm with an ambitious expansion strategy, recent acquisitions, and a strong pipeline of work.
This is much more than a traditional fee-earning position. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the department, develop a team, and play a key role in the firm’s wider growth.

- Lead and grow the Employment Law practice

You will be a 5+ PQE Employment Solicitor with strong technical and client management skills, commercial awareness, and the ambition to take ownership of a growing practice. If you have commercial law experience, this would be a great addition.
