Service Care Legal are working with a leading Legal 500 boutique firm seeking an ambitious Senior Employment Associate to join its established team.

The Role

  • Advise on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Handle tribunal litigation, executive contracts, restructures, redundancies, and corporate transactions.
  • Advise senior executives and corporate clients on strategic employment issues.
  • Support M&A, due diligence, and corporate work.
  • Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
