Employment Senior Associate
A highly regarded London firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Senior Associate to its established team. The role offers exposure to complex contentious and advisory matters, alongside significant client responsibility, senior-level work and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the practice.
Responsibilities:
You’ll advise a mix of employers and senior executives across a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Complex Employment Tribunal and Court proceedings
- Senior exits and executive employment issues
- Reorganisations and redundancy programmes
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and related documentation
- Strategic HR and day-to-day employment advice
- Supervising and mentoring junior associates and trainees

Requirements:
The firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor with approximately 6–9 years’ PQE and experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience advising both employers and senior employees
- Strong technical employment law knowledge
- The confidence to run matters with limited supervision
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
- High-quality training and academics
- Strong client management and communication skills
- An interest in business development and building your own profile
