LAW Absolute is currently working with a prestigious firm in the city. Their employment team is recruiting for an experienced employment lawyer with corporate support experience. The role is to start as soon as possible.

About the Role

The team works with clients in a range of industries including transport, infrastructure, and energy. The position has come about due to an increase in workload.

Responsibilities

You will join the team on an initial contractual basis of 2-3 months with a view to extend. The work the team does covers all kinds of non-contentious and advisory matters including:

  • Transactional projects like due diligence and document negotiation
  • TUPE’s
  • Employment elements of a corporate transaction
  • HR and employment advisory
  • Redundancies
  • Restructurings
