The Role

The Employment team handles a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. Key areas of focus include advising on contractual arrangements, termination agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, reorganisations, redundancy exercises, TUPE transfers, restrictive covenants, and employee relations issues for both employers and senior executives. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive matters for high-profile clients in creative and entrepreneurial sectors.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5–6 years’ PQE with robust employment law experience gained at a reputable firm
  • Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal experience
  • Excellent commercial judgment, strong technical ability, and a proactive approach
  • Capable of handling multiple matters and developing trusted client relationships
  • Ability to contribute to business development initiatives
