The Firm
Our client is a specialist Employment and Partnership law firm in London that works with employers and senior individuals on the full remit of Employment related matters as well as partners on Partnership law. The firm is highly ranked for its specialist areas in the Legal500 and the team itself has come from a broad range of backgrounds.
The Opportunity
Across the country, the demand for Employment lawyers is high due to the changes in Employment law and the increase in Tribunal matters. This firm is no different, and their ever-rising directory rankings and their excellent reputation is leading to a significant increase in work meaning more hands are required on deck. Alongside the need for a Senior Associate, they are also looking for a Legal Director or a Partner to join their team to lead on a variety of matters and clients.

About You
- You will have extensive Employment law experience which you will have gained at a reputable law firm.
- You will have gained significant experience practising Employment law in England & Wales.
- You will have experience managing and supervising more junior lawyers, and delegating matters where appropriate.
- You will ideally have experience with employer clients and senior individuals.
- Experience in Partnership law would be beneficial but not essential as this hire is required on the Employment side of the business.
