Employment Lawyer Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment lawyer to join a leading international law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
Working closely with a highly regarded employment practice, you will advise a broad range of UK and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to complex workplace issues, corporate support work, senior executive matters, and strategic advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on day-to-day employment law issues across the full employee lifecycle.
- Supporting corporate transactions, restructurings, and business integrations.
- Handling complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and whistleblowing issues.
- Advising on senior executive appointments, exits, and incentive arrangements.
- Drafting and negotiating employment documentation and workplace policies.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.

About You:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE.
- Strong employment law experience gained within a leading private practice environment.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service.
- Comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating within a high-performing team.
- Available to commence a contract role within a short timeframe.
