Senior Employment Solicitor – 8+ PQE
Salary: Competitive
Location: Fully Remote, with optional occasional office attendance in Central London
Hours: Part-time, flexible (3–4 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
A growing and forward-thinking Legal500 law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy team.
The role focuses primarily on contentious employment matters, particularly discrimination and equality issues. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial clients across sectors such as transport, marketing and technology.

About You
- 8+ years' PQE, ideally gained within a reputable regional or London firm.
- Strong contentious employment experience.
- Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
- Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
- Confident advising and liaising directly with clients.
- Advocacy experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable contributing to business development activities.
