Service Care Solutions is currently working in partnership with a local authority, based in Staffordshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer looking for a role that combines hands-on employment casework with team management and leadership responsibilities.

Role: Senior Employment Solicitor – Local Authority
Umbrella Rate: £444 - £481 per day
Contract Length: 5 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the employment legal team.
- Handling a varied and complex employment law caseload from start to completion.
- Contributing to the effective management and development of the legal service.
