Senior Employment Specialist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Specialist to join the Future's Positive IPS Service in secondary adult mental health services. This established service provides opportunities for service users to find and retain employment. The post holder will lead a small team of Employment Specialists who are based alongside the clinicians in the Local Mental Health Teams in Gelding, Rushcliffe, Broxtowe and Hucknall.
You will support Employment Specialists to deliver high fidelity IPS service, drive outstanding outcomes and help people with mental health needs, secure meaningful and sustainable work across Nottinghamshire.
The post holder will manage a small caseload of service users who are motivated to seek and retain work.
You will lead the Employment Specialists to deliver a high-quality IPS service in line with fidelity.
You will supervise and mentor the Employment Specialists which includes monitoring key performance indicators and outcomes.
You will proactively engage with employers and develop a network to open and secure employment opportunities for service users.
