Senior Engagement Lead - Risk Consulting
- 3-Month Contract
- Up to £600 per day (PAYE/Umbrella)
- Hybrid Working Monday to Friday 9-5pm (35hrs)
- Immediate Start
Our Insurance client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Lead - Risk Consulting to support the delivery of enterprise risk and business continuity projects within a fast-paced consulting environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional with strong Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity experience who is looking to join a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of enterprise risk management and operational resilience engagements.
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of business continuity frameworks and plans.
- Support business continuity testing, exercises and programme development.
- Identify, assess and document strategic and operational risks.
- Produce high-quality reports, risk documentation and client deliverables.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at varying levels across organisations.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting projects and workstreams.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Strong background in Business Continuity and Operational Resilience.
- Experience supporting risk consulting, advisory or transformation engagements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capabilities.

Desirable
- Experience working within sectors such as manufacturing, retail, engineering, logistics, utilities or defence.
- Exposure to risk framework design, governance and control environments.
- Understanding of operational resilience programmes and best practices.
