About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the Role

The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the centre of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to own Legora's global relationship with one of the Big 4, one of our most significant partnerships, and to fundamentally change the way that firm works with Legora.

This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organisations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of this client globally: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted adviser and orchestrator who turns Legora into an embedded part of how their teams operate.

Global means global. You will set the strategy for how the firm adopts Legora worldwide, and Engagement Managers in other regions will run their local programmes against the direction and decisions you set. Day to day, you will be the point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice from our London office, and you will travel regularly to other member firms in the network to build those relationships and land the programme on the ground. Expect to be travelling around 25% of the time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

At the heart of the role is designing the client's adoption playbook and delivering a multi-year change-management programme that transforms how they work. You will build the roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the programme as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge.

You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption programme at Legora, helping the client realise measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work.

What You'll Do

You'll own the global relationship end to end, leading the post-sale experience across every member firm we work with. Specifically, you will:

  • Set the global adoption strategy for the account and lead its execution across regions. Engagement Managers in other markets will deliver their local programmes against the strategy and decisions you set, and you will be accountable for coherence and outcomes globally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice, while travelling frequently to other member firms to build senior relationships and support local delivery in person.
  • Design the client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how the firm adopts Legora and transforms the way it works.
  • Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to enterprise-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve.
  • Act as a strategic adviser who deeply understands the client's goals and legal and professional services workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities and guides teams towards maximum value from Legora.
  • Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews.
  • Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination globally.
  • Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless transitions, continuity and exceptional customer experience, and to identify and realise expansion opportunities across the account.
  • Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning and enablement.

What You Bring

You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed.

We're looking for:

  • 5 – 8 years' experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
  • Extensive experience working with or inside a Big 4 firm is highly desirable, we want someone who already understands how these firms are structured, how decisions get made and how change actually lands across member firms.
  • A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programmes inside large, complex organisations.
  • Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes.
  • A track record of driving adoption, retention and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading through influence rather than direct authority. You will set the direction that colleagues in other regions deliver against, so you need to be able to bring people with you.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast.
  • Strong programme and project management skills; you keep multi- work stream initiatives moving and your clients confident.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal and professional services leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams.
  • High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act.
  • A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it.
  • Fluency with metrics and driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process.
  • Willingness to travel internationally around 25% of the time.
