About the Team

The team is focused on customer engagement at executive levels, working closely with clients to:

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Deepen client partnerships and long-term engagement

About the Role: Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with our clients to leverage LexisNexis Risk Solutions products, ensuring they create positive business outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify opportunities for utilising LexisNexis Risk Solutions data and services.
  • Help protect customers from cybercriminals by presenting consultative solutions to diverse audiences—from executives to business owners.
  • Maintain the role of a trusted advisor by continually engaging with clients and understanding their evolving needs.

You will also manage customer accounts post-implementation, acting as a Fraud Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver on strategic roadmaps and projects.


Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer needs:
    • Show expertise in fraud and risk management and correlate it with LexisNexis products and services.
    • Align customer use cases and requirements with best-in-class practices to deliver tailored customer roadmaps.
  • Driving fraud strategies:
    • Develop and deliver fraud strategies.
    • Provide solution training and knowledge transfer.
  • Technical and functional expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fraud and identity solutions.
    • Customize fraud solutions based on client needs.
  • Cross-team collaboration:
    • Interact with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing Teams, offering strategic oversight and fraud best practices.
    • Act as an industry liaison to provide outputs and SME knowledge for LexisNexis Risk Solutions deliverables.

  • Account ownership:
    • Manage key strategic customer accounts for ongoing engagement.
    • Foster opportunities to embed services deeper within client organisations.
  • Advisory & consultative roles:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
    • Analyze fraud trends and client KPIs holistically to recommend improvements.
  • Training & presentations:
    • Lead workshops and executive/operational presentations for client organisations.

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or banking.
  • Specific understanding of the financial industry and knowledge of fraud-related areas.
  • History of working across technical internal and external teams, translating complex requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with rule engines and fraud solutions is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English.
