Senior Engagement Manager (Part-time permanent role)
About Sell Beyond
Sell Beyond is a boutique consultancy founded in 2015 and based in rural Suffolk, UK. We help consumer brands and SMEs across the UK and Europe understand what is driving demand, profitability and growth as Amazon becomes a more important part of their business. Our work sits between traditional management consulting and Amazon agencies: we work with leadership teams to solve their biggest business problems - profitability, investment, growth, organisational ownership and commercial decision-making - then help them turn those decisions into action.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute and sustain relationships with key clients in order to deliver value and impact to their growth and bottom line
- Manage all aspects of client engagements: needs analysis, delivering presentations, collaboration with executive leadership to strategise on engagement plans and objectives, influencing key stakeholders in order to drive change that leads to client results
- Responsibility for defining and developing a strategic plan for Sell Beyond, in collaboration with the CEO, to maximise revenue opportunities across an assigned client list. This includes identification of all key decision makers and setting a contact strategy for building relationships in order to drive further project-based engagements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
