- Own end-to-end proofs of concept (POCs) with the largest and most complex prospective clients, defining success criteria, building business cases, and converting successful engagements into production contracts.
- Lead client onboarding and adoption, running workshops, configuring the platform, and delivering training to help underwriting teams realise the full value of AI in their day-to-day work.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at every level, coordinate integrations with client systems, and work closely with product and engineering to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into meaningful product improvements.
- Shape and scale engagement approach by improving POC conversion rates, streamlining onboarding, and mentoring junior team members. You'll have real ownership and the opportunity to influence how the business grows.

Desired Skills and Experience
- AI or digital transformation consulting, or a similar client-facing role within an insurance or B2B SaaS organisation, with a track record of delivering complex projects and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to lead workshops, training sessions, and strategic conversations with both senior executives and hands-on users.
- A structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to learn complex domains quickly, manage multiple workstreams, and work practically with data, systems, and integrations.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a fast-moving start-up, alongside a genuine interest in AI and its potential to improve decision-making. Experience in insurance, underwriting, or financial services would be an advantage.
