You Are:
An experienced Senior Client Partner (Engagement Manager) to lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation engagements across the UK market. This is a client-facing leadership position responsible for delivery excellence, stakeholder management, program governance, commercial oversight, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of accountability for customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics solutions while supporting business growth and strengthening strategic client relationships.
This role requires a blend of delivery leadership, consulting capability, commercial acumen, and strong technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for program delivery and governance.
- Lead steering committees, executive reviews, and program governance forums.
- Understand client business objectives and align delivery outcomes accordingly.
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs.
- Own delivery execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, delivery plans, and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams across consulting, development, testing, architecture, and support functions.
- Ensure successful transition from solution design through deployment and hypercare.

Commercial & Financial Management
- Own engagement financials, including forecasting, revenue, margin, utilization, and budget management.
- Manage change requests, commercial negotiations, and contract adherence.
- Drive profitable delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support account growth through identification of new opportunities within existing clients.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to delivery teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and collaboration.
- Support resource planning and capability development within the Microsoft Business Applications practice.
- Partner with Practice Leaders to develop future delivery leaders and project managers.
Business Development Support
- Contribute to sales pursuits, proposals, Statements of Work, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders, Client Partners, and Solution Architects during pre-sales activities.
- Support strategic account planning and expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology programs.
- 5+ years in an Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager role.
- Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success managing multimillion-pound delivery engagements.
- Experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
- Experience within consulting, systems integration, or digital transformation organizations.
- Experience working across industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
