Job Description

IT Services organization with practices in custom software development, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager (Client Services Manager/Delivery Manager) with experience in Cloud Consulting/Data and AI/Software Development/Cloud or similar domains who has moved to sales.

About the Role

  • Stable growth, 9 figure turnover
  • This person will be the sole bridge between clients and technical teams, acting as the "voice of the customer" while also coaching practitioners.
  • A background in account management, delivery management, project or program Management, or client services would be a bonus.
  • Specializing in all things infrastructure, general custom app development, data science and engineering, etc.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and consultants.
