At Arm, we develop technology that helps partners create products across a global ecosystem. We collaborate across hardware, software, silicon, and developer communities, and we value different perspectives and clear decisions. As Senior Manager of Segment Marketing, you will guide our XR and wearables segment and help grow preference for Arm.
About The Role
You will set a multi-year strategy for AI glasses, display glasses, mixed-reality devices, companion wearables, smartwatches, wearables, and related edge devices. You will connect market needs with firmware, system software, AI and vision workloads, sensor fusion, camera and display pipelines, connectivity, security, SoC requirements, power, thermal design, and form factors.
What You Will Do
- Define the segment, priority use cases, annual goals, investment recommendations, and measures of success.
- Analyze trends across devices, silicon and platform providers, operating systems, AI assistants, developer tools, applications, content, commerce, and cloud services.
- Translate customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and thought leadership across compute, graphics and display, AI, vision, connectivity, security, and power efficiency.
- Coordinate Product, Sales, Business Development, Developer Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Events, and regional teams on go-to-market plans and product priorities.
- Create executive presentations, customer narratives, sales tools, launch content, partner stories, webinars, and event programs.
- Build relationships with OEMs, silicon partners, platform providers, developers, ODMs, and content providers.
- Measure ecosystem engagement, customer influence, opportunity progress, content performance, partner activation, and segment perception, and represent Arm with customers and industry groups.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in segment marketing, product marketing, product management, ecosystem marketing, business development, or related work.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MS, MBA, or comparable experience is welcome.
- Understanding of XR, smart glasses, wearables, edge AI, and the links among hardware, software, operating systems, applications, developer ecosystems, silicon platforms, and partner business models.
- Ability to explain complex architectures in clear language for technical, business, customer, and executive audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, solve ambiguous problems, and influence senior colleagues and external partners.
- Clear writing, presentation, webinar, customer, and conference communication skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
