Senior Engineer - London Gatwick’s Civils and Building Frameworks

Due to recent project wins, we are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our London Gatwick’s Civils and Building Frameworks team. Working directly under the Project Director/Manager, this role is to lead construction operations to ensure all elements are delivered safely, to the required quality, on time, and within budget, all in line with the scheme design and associated GAL specifications. These cover a range of Capital projects to upgrade and modernize the airport's infrastructure, support growing passenger demand, and enhance resilience. The frameworks will run for a four-year period, with an option to extend by a further two years. We are looking to bring our experience in delivering infrastructure solutions and working closely with London Gatwick and our supply chain partners to deliver these essential infrastructure upgrades.

  • Highways widening, resurfacing, and TM phasing
  • Upgrades to drainage, lighting, signage, and signalling
  • Baggage systems replacement and upgrades
  • Buildings MEP and service install and updating

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
