About the Opportunity

Our client is delivering a major infrastructure and asset renewal programme within one of the UK's busiest airport environments. This role forms part of a large-scale baggage and infrastructure project involving complex civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and systems works in a highly regulated operational environment.

The Role

We are seeking two experienced Senior Engineers to take ownership of a key section of works within a major infrastructure programme. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering activities to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.
  • Develop and manage short-term programmes and sequencing plans aligned with the overall project schedule.
  • Coordinate day and night shift activities to maximise productivity and programme performance.
  • Manage work packages, budgets, risks, opportunities, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure all permits, RAMS, quality documentation, and compliance requirements are in place.
  • Support, mentor, and develop engineers and supervisors within the team.
  • Work collaboratively with project partners, stakeholders, and supply chain members to achieve project objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
