To provide engineering support for CDE related projects. The individual will manage the delivery of engineering and technical activities, through the application of process, knowledge, and experience. At times, there may be an expectation to assist with other related products, i.e., MPD and R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- To work effectively as part of a team to deliver engineering activities.
- To be the lead point of contact within Engineering for CDE.
- To build and maintain working relationships with our customers/clients.
- To liaise with intercompany departments to ensure projects deadlines are met.
- To understand and address engineering challenges associated with projects.
- To work with the QHSE department to ensure correct implementation of procedures and activities.
- To help represent the Company at project meetings.
- To report internally and externally in a clear and concise manner.
- To maintain accurate, documented records of engineering activities.
- To prepare procedures, and proposal documents.
- To support and promote efforts to develop and expand OSI involvement in the CDE market.
- Provide updates when required to CDE Manager.
- Provide technical guidance and support for CDE systems and operations.
- Produce, review, and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, models, design basis documentation, and technical reports as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience
- BSc or BEng level in a mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Background in CDE related services is advantageous.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Good communicator.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages.
- Proficient in the use of 3D modelling software.
- Proficient in the use of FEA software.
- Proficient in the use of engineering calculations.
