Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and empower the engineering team
- Develop technical strategies and budget proposals
- Drive the implementation of technical strategies, track, and monitor relevant performance metrics
- Communicate work objectives to team members
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery and budget control

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrated outstanding achievements in project delivery
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
