Senior Engineer - Chassis Structures

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, work with cutting-edge design and PLM tools, and help deliver reliable, durable chassis components that perform on the road and in the test lab. What You Will Do as Senior Engineer - Chassis Structures:
- Design systems and components for new and updated chassis projects, balancing function, cost, manufacturing, assembly and quality
- Create high-quality 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using PTC Creo, ensuring engineering accuracy and clarity
- Release drawings for quotation, prototype, tooling and development through the Windchill PLM system, supporting the full design lifecycle
- Develop and refine designs to meet durability targets by interpreting CAE and physical test results
- Support testing activities by providing technical input and assisting with validation of components and motorcycles

What You Will Bring as Senior Engineer - Chassis Structures:
- A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- At least 2 years' experience in engineering design, with strong knowledge of structural components and systems
- Proven ability in 3D CAD design and an excellent understanding of geometric tolerances on 2D drawings
- Ability to interpret CAE reports, performing failure analysis, and iterating designs to improve durability and performance
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders
