The Role
You will be responsible for distribution platforms used by the Cybersecurity-sponsored initiatives. The accountabilities range from creating, testing and implementing packages that leverage client platforms that distribute said payloads in a safe and controlled manner to targeted hosts. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for tuning the configuration in such a way as to efficiently retrieve results from the payloads so as to not overwhelm the corporate network. It is anticipated that problem fix and root cause analysis are part and parcel of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribution of quantum-safe tools: integrate quantum-safe tooling, such as cryptographic scanning, into distribution solutions.
- Support other aspects of the deployment of quantum-safe tooling: especially cryptographic scanning, including their design, usage, integration into CI/CD pipelines, the digestion and integration of output data into data lakes, and schemes that can lead to actionable insights.
- Code practices: promote secure coding practices across full stack development efforts and perform thorough code reviews, where appropriate.
- Design & Integration: Architect, test, develop, integrate and deploy quantum-safe solutions, including post-quantum cryptography, into existing systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
