Senior Engineer
Location: West London
Salary: £68,000 to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

If you're an experienced Senior Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting construction teams and ensuring projects are delivered right first time, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
My client is a specialist design and build contractor delivering major projects across the data centre, defence and energy sectors. Their projects demand technical excellence, collaborative working and high engineering standards from the very first day on site.
They are now looking for a Senior Engineer to join a flagship hyperscale data centre development in West London, where you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of one of the UK's most technically advanced construction projects.
The Opportunity
This is a hands on engineering role where you'll provide technical leadership across allocated work packages, supporting construction teams and ensuring engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate engineering activities
- Resolve technical queries
- Manage design interfaces
- Ensure construction teams have the information they need to keep the project moving
Working closely with Project Managers, Package Managers, Site Managers and design teams, you'll help drive programme delivery while maintaining strict quality, engineering and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has
- Experience delivering engineering activities on major construction or infrastructure projects
- A strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and engineering delivery
- Experience managing technical queries, RFIs and engineering documentation
- Knowledge of temporary works coordination and technical interfaces
- Experience supporting quality assurance, inspections, testing and compliance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with construction, design and commercial teams

Experience within data centres, mission critical, defence, energy, industrial or other technically complex construction environments would be highly desirable.
- A degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering together with a CSCS Manager Card
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example and helping deliver technically challenging projects safely, efficiently and right first time.
