Venesky-Brown Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Senior Engineers / Sub-Agents for a temporary civil engineering requirement at Glasgow Airport.
The client is looking for someone with a strong background in groundworks and civils who is comfortable managing and coordinating other engineers, but who is also willing to remain hands-on and assist with setting out when required.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Senior Site Engineer, Section Engineer or Sub-Agent
- Strong civil engineering / groundworks background
- Experience managing or supervising other engineers
- Strong setting-out capability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on site engineering role when required
- Scotland based, ideally within commuting distance of Glasgow

Highly Desirable Experience
- Previous airport / airfield / aviation experience would be a strong advantage, particularly exposure to:
- Airfield concrete works
- Surfacing works
- AGL – Aeronautical Ground Lighting
- Airside civils
- Access permit management
- Working within a live operational airport environment
