Senior Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence at our ISC site. You will be responsible for overseeing process improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
You will report directly to the Site Leader and you’ll work out of our Southend location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations, contributing to cost reduction, quality enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the overall growth and sustainability of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.
- Identify and manage process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality, design, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support smooth production operations.
- Deliver capital projects and investments based on needs of the site.

Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in process optimization, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and systems relevant to process control and improvement.

- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
