Senior Engineering Manager (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically minded Senior Engineering Manager to support engineering delivery, team development, and technical decision-making in a fully remote UK-based role.
The role will involve working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to help deliver reliable technology solutions, improve development processes, and support effective collaboration across technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate engineering teams across technical projects and initiatives.
- Help maintain high standards of software quality, reliability, and delivery.
- Work closely with product and technical stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements.
- Support technical planning, estimation, and delivery processes.
- Help identify technical risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Encourage effective collaboration and communication across engineering teams.
- Support the development of scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and development practices.
- Assist with team development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure engineering priorities remain aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
- Strong interest in software engineering, technology, and technical leadership.
- Good understanding of software development principles and engineering processes.
