We're partnering with one of the world's most recognised financial services organisations to appoint a Senior Engineering & Technology Talent Partner to join their growing team in London.
This is an opportunity to move beyond transactional recruitment and become a trusted talent partner to senior Technology, Engineering, Data and Product leaders, helping build the teams behind some of the most complex and innovative technology environments in financial services.

For an Embedded Talent Partner, this means exposure to high-impact hiring, senior stakeholders, complex technical talent markets and large-scale transformation — with the opportunity to influence how exceptional technology teams are built.
You’ll work alongside experienced Technology and Product leaders, partnering closely throughout the hiring lifecycle and bringing market insight, talent intelligence and strategic sourcing expertise to the table.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior stakeholders across AI Engineering, Technology, Data and Product to understand hiring priorities and build effective talent strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across complex technical and specialist positions.
- Develop strong talent pipelines across highly competitive technology markets.
- Provide market intelligence and insight to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
- Identify and engage exceptional technology talent across both active and passive markets.
- Support strategic hiring initiatives and contribute to the continued evolution of the organisation's technology talent strategy.
- Work collaboratively with wider Talent, HR and business teams in a highly connected environment.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings strong financial services recruitment experience combined with genuine depth across technology hiring.
You should have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Partner / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner within financial services.
- Strong experience recruiting across Engineering, Technology, AI, Data and/or Product.
- Ideally, experience hiring within banking, financial services, fintech or a similarly complex regulated environment.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets and modern sourcing strategies.
- The ability to operate strategically while still being comfortable owning delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
