Job Description

About Regent College London

Regent College London is a higher education provider committed to widening participation and transforming lives through accessible, career-focused education. Working in partnership with UK universities and awarding organisations, the College delivers programmes across a range of disciplines from foundation level through to postgraduate study. With a diverse student community and multiple campus locations, the College is focused on delivering an outstanding student experience while maintaining high standards of academic quality, compliance and student support.

Admissions Department

The Admissions Department is responsible for managing the student journey from initial application through to enrolment. The department plays a critical role in ensuring that applicants are assessed fairly, consistently and in accordance with institutional, regulatory and partner university requirements, while providing an efficient and supportive experience for prospective students.

The department oversees admissions assessment, qualification evaluation, applicant interviews, compliance checks, admissions decision-making, and enrolment operations. It works closely with academic schools, recruitment, student finance, registry, quality and compliance teams, partner universities and external stakeholders to support student recruitment, regulatory compliance and institutional objectives.

As a key function within the College, the department contributes to maintaining high standards of applicant assessment, data accuracy, student record integrity and compliance with regulatory and partner requirements, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes, systems and the overall student experience.

Role

As Regent College London continues to grow and enhance its student experience, the College is investing in its enrolment capability to ensure students receive a professional, efficient and supportive transition into study.

The Senior Enrolment Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery, quality and continuous improvement of enrolment operations across the College. Acting as a senior member of the Campus Enrolment Team, the postholder will support complex enrolment activity, student onboarding, face-to-face registration, document verification, intake delivery and operational quality assurance.

Working closely with the Enrolment Manager, Admissions teams, Compliance teams, Registry, Student Services and academic departments, the postholder will contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, student service, data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role will also provide guidance and support to colleagues, assist with staff training and induction, support enrolment-related projects and process improvements, and act as a senior point of escalation for complex enrolment matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
