Senior Enterprise Account Executive | Full-Cycle SaaS Sales

Salary: Up to £100k base + double OTE

Location: London (Hybrid, one day a week in the office + occasional travel to client sites)

Industries: Financial Services/Banking/Telecoms

The role:

We’re partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS company whose platform supports Tier 1 banks, leading insurers, and large telecom providers in modernising complex, highly regulated customer journeys. As they continue to scale across EMEA, they’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales and growth.

This is a full-cycle role with a high degree of ownership over the full end-to-end sales process, including managing and converting a pipeline, acquiring new logos, and managing client accounts. The successful candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales & account management within banking, financial services, or telecoms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
