What We Are Looking For
Bandwidth is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net new logo acquisition across complex, high-value enterprise accounts. This is a hunter role at its core - built for someone who thrives on originating and closing six- and seven-figure ARR deals in competitive, technically sophisticated markets.
You'll operate at the intersection of CPaaS, CCaaS, and the rapidly evolving CX ecosystem, working closely with channel partners, marketing, and sales development to build and convert pipeline. You'll engage C-level and senior technical buyers, guiding them through cloud migration decisions and helping them understand why Bandwidth's carrier-grade platform is the right foundation for their communications strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with 10 years of enterprise sales experience and a deep understanding of the CPaaS, CCaaS, and CX market - including key platform players, partner ecosystems, and the buying dynamics within large enterprise organisations.
What You'll Do
New Logo Acquisition & Pipeline Generation
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through commercial and contractual close, with a focus exclusively on new logo revenue
- Consistently self-source pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, partner-led account mapping, inbound qualification, and collaboration with the Sales Development team
- Build and maintain a robust, accurate pipeline with high data integrity; proactively manage forecasting and opportunity hygiene
- Execute territory plans that target high-potential enterprise accounts, identifying the right entry points and accelerating deal velocity
Channel Partner Collaboration
- Develop and leverage relationships with channel partners to co-source, co-sell, and accelerate new logo opportunities
- Map accounts collaboratively with partner organisations to identify mutual pipeline and avoid duplication
Executive Engagement & Deal Leadership
- Navigate complex enterprise organisations, building relationships across C-suite, IT, operations, procurement, digital transformation, and CX leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor, helping enterprise buyers understand cloud migration options, communication infrastructure decisions, and the long-term value of Bandwidth's platform
- Lead complex contract negotiations across legal, security, finance, and procurement stakeholders
- Serve as the internal deal orchestrator - aligning resources across Product, Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to structure and close

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
