What if your next enterprise deal could transform how a global organization connects with its customers? As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Coveo, you’ll bring our AI-powered solutions to leading organizations, building relationships and opportunities that translate into meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll own complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, combining industry expertise, consultative selling and a strong partner ecosystem to help customers understand the value Coveo can bring to their business.

As one of our Senior Enterprise Account Executives, you will:

  • Build and execute creative account strategies focused on delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and senior executives, creating new opportunities and building lasting partnerships.
  • Partner with our alliances team to build strong relationships across Coveo’s partner ecosystem and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Develop compelling business proposals that clearly connect Coveo’s capabilities to each customer’s priorities, challenges and potential business value.
  • Manage complex sales cycles end to end, assessing stakeholders, resources, timing, probability of closure and financial impact while maintaining accurate visibility into sales activity and results.
  • Lead opportunities through the final stages of the sales process, securing agreements and consistently working toward quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise software sales cycles, engaging stakeholders from business champions through senior executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in the SaaS industry and an ability to understand customers’ business models, priorities and challenges.
  • A strong track record of generating your own opportunities and meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a results-driven environment.
  • A consultative and challenger-oriented sales approach, with the curiosity and discipline to understand complex technology and translate it into customer value.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience selling enterprise AI, generative AI or other sophisticated technology solutions.
  • MEDDPICC certification or demonstrated experience applying the methodology to complex enterprise sales.
  • Experience developing opportunities alongside strategic technology or consulting partners.
  • A humble, curious and creative mindset, paired with the drive to build trusted customer relationships.
