Job Summary:

Scope of Work:

  • Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.
  • Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.
  • Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.
  • Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.
  • Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.
  • Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to improve business productivity, workflows, and automation.
  • Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.
  • Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.
  • Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in enterprise change management initiatives focused on digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Excellent systems thinking skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
