Senior Enterprise Architect | 12 Month Contract
📍 Hybrid – London or Bristol (2 days/week onsite)
💷 Around £625/day
🏦 Major UK banking transformation programme

We're hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect to join a large scale commercial banking transformation programme, shaping target state architecture across cloud, integration and data domains.
What you'll do
- Produce high level, future state and emerging technology architecture views and roadmaps, including moving toward "Architecture as Code"
- Provide architectural guidance on strategy, principles, standards and guardrails
- Support transition states, designs and architecture delivery across the programme
- Work embedded within workstreams to shape scope, requirements and design roadmaps
- Engage internal and external stakeholders across the programme
- Own delivery of designs, tooling strategy and data delivery patterns

What you'll need
- Senior level Enterprise Architecture experience spanning application, integration, data, infrastructure and cloud
- Hands on experience defining hybrid cloud and hosting architecture (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Experience with API led and event driven integration patterns
- Background in a regulated or banking environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement, both internal and external
