Enterprise Implementation Consultant
Billing | Subscription | Revenue Platforms | AI Monetisation
Profectus Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure business building the next generation of enterprise monetisation technology.
As software businesses move beyond traditional subscriptions towards usage, consumption and outcome-based pricing, our client is helping some of the world's most innovative organisations rethink how they commercialise their products.
They're now looking for an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team in San Francisco.
The Role
This isn't a Project Manager position.
It's a customer-facing, hands-on implementation role where you'll own enterprise customers from post-sale through to successful production go-live.
You'll work directly with customers to understand how they price, bill and monetise their products, translating commercial requirements into scalable technical solutions while working closely with Product and Engineering.

No two implementations are the same. You'll need to be equally comfortable running a customer discovery workshop, designing a solution, getting into the technical detail and solving problems during delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own enterprise implementations from discovery through to production go-live.
- Run customer workshops and gather commercial, functional and technical requirements.
- Translate complex pricing and monetisation requirements into solution designs.
- Configure enterprise billing and monetisation solutions.
- Support integrations across CRM, ERP, Finance and Payment systems.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to solve complex customer challenges.
- Become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers throughout implementation.
- Help shape implementation processes as the Professional Services function scales.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience delivering enterprise billing, subscription, revenue or Quote-to-Cash implementations is important for this hire.

We're particularly interested in people with experience across areas such as:
- Subscription billing
- Usage / consumption-based billing
- Product & pricing configuration
- CPQ / Quote-to-Cash
- Billing / invoicing
- APIs and enterprise integrations
Experience with platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud/Billing, Stripe Billing, Chargebee, BillingPlatform, Orb, Metronome, m3ter, GoTransverse or similar enterprise billing/monetisation technologies would be highly relevant.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy wearing multiple hats.
This is a lean, fast-moving environment. You won't simply design a solution and hand it to a large delivery team, you'll remain close to the customer and implementation throughout the journey.
