Are you ready to transform how businesses connect with customers?

At Amazon Ads, we're not just selling advertising, we're crafting full-funnel growth strategies that empower brands to reach their full potential. We believe that breakthrough advertising happens when deep understanding meets innovative technology. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative marketing solutions, providing actionable insights and opportunities for advertisers, and partnering with enterprise brands, agencies and tech innovators to drive mutually beneficial growth.

The Ads Regional Marketing team

The Ads Regional Marketing team drives comprehension and accelerates adoption of Amazon Ads' full-funnel solutions among enterprise advertisers across international marketplaces. We are globally consistent yet locally relevant, aligning our marketing programs to regional buying cycles, customer behaviours, and product adoption patterns while reflecting the cultures and commercial environments of the locales we serve.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager

You will define the audience strategy across all marketing activity in the region, creating differentiated programs for enterprise advertisers, holding companies, and independent agencies that position Amazon Ads as a preferred partner. You will drive measurable growth through always-on programs that integrate owned and industry events, digital content, partner marketing, executive engagements, industry partnerships, and paid media into a single, coordinated customer journey. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Marketing, UK.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the UK advertising landscape and a track record of executing B2B marketing campaigns aligned to enterprise sales cycles and planning windows. This is a fast-moving role that demands strong ownership, sharp prioritisation, and clear communication. Day-to-day activities will evolve as our business grows; by owning a cross-channel annual roadmap you can expect to deliver across both strategy and execution. Responsibilities span senior stakeholder management, channel investment allocation, and audience strategy, through to event scripting, thought leadership development, and budget management. You thrive in ambiguity and operate with flexibility. You manage a demanding project pipeline autonomously, partner effectively across global and regional teams, and advocate confidently for UK marketplace needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
