Your next move isn't just another sales role — it's a system built for people who run on discipline, data, and deal craft.
You've spent years managing seven-figure enterprise relationships, steering complex contract negotiations, and finding growth inside accounts others might write off. Now you're ready for an environment where rigorous execution is the standard — not the exception — and where AI-powered tooling gives you a genuine edge.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially sharp sales leader to take ownership of our enterprise renewal and expansion book of business. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive forecast precision, negotiate multi-year agreements, and mentor your peers on the art and science of deal structuring — all within a disciplined, cross-functional operating rhythm.
This isn't about chasing cold pipeline. It's about deepening Fortune-level relationships, converting risk into revenue, and building repeatable commercial playbooks that scale.
What You'll Own
- Enterprise revenue accountability — full ownership of renewal and expansion targets across large, complex accounts with $1M+ ACV.
- High-stakes negotiations — structuring and closing multi-year contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing frameworks that protect margin and deliver long-term customer value.
- Executive engagement & escalation — leading QBRs, diagnosing at-risk situations, and turning difficult conversations into deeper commercial partnerships.
- Team development — coaching others on pricing strategy, negotiation tactics, and commercial judgment so they can close stronger deals on their own.
- AI-enhanced sales operations — using GenAI tools to accelerate pipeline analysis, sharpen proposals, and streamline communication across your portfolio.
- Cross-functional collaboration — partnering weekly with delivery, finance, legal, and customer success to ensure flawless post-signature execution.
- Pipeline & CRM integrity — maintaining rigorous data hygiene, driving O2C process improvements, and delivering forecasts you can stand behind.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
