Senior Enterprise Risk Manager - FTSE PLC
Location: London
Commuting: 2 x per week
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + 40% bonus
Astrum Search is supporting a leading global organisation to recruit a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager. The role has been newly created as part of a growing in-house ERM team.
This is a visible, influential role working closely with senior management to implement a new ERM strategy, improve engagement with risk, and embed a strong risk-aware culture across a complex international business.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing and embedding the enterprise risk management framework
- Facilitating risk discussions and workshops with senior leadership
- Challenging risk registers, controls, and mitigating actions
- Developing risk appetite, KRIs, and insightful Executive and Board reporting
- Advising risk owners and ensuring material risks are appropriately monitored and escalated
- Supporting the use of technology and AI within enterprise risk management

The successful candidate will have strong technical ERM experience gained within a large listed (non-FS) business or consultancy. You’ll need to be confident engaging and constructively challenging Executive and Board-level stakeholders, with excellent presentation, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
The role is based in their London HQ 2 x per week and has limited travel.
