Do you want to take a leading role in building and winning enterprise business in the UK for a proven international supply chain software company?

At IMI, we help more than 400 customers optimise and future-proof mission-critical supply chain operations through our business-critical software suite, supporting leading organisations across retail, wholesale, e-commerce and logistics.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate IMI’s growth in the UK. You will build on an established customer base and local presence, create new strategic opportunities and lead complex enterprise sales from first engagement through to contract closure.

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of an important growth market. You will have the autonomy to shape opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and influence how IMI develops its UK business, while working closely with experienced colleagues across sales, marketing, pre-sales, product and delivery.

The role is suited to an entrepreneurial enterprise software seller who enjoys opening new accounts, creating momentum and turning complex customer challenges into measurable business value.

About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at IMI, you will develop the UK enterprise sales pipeline and lead the end-to-end sales process, from account targeting, prospecting and early customer dialogue to business case development, solution positioning, negotiation and contract closure.

You will help customers understand how IMI can support their supply chain transformation and operational priorities. The role combines significant autonomy with strong organisational support and offers the opportunity to work directly with senior decision-makers both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new enterprise business development across the UK market
  • Create, qualify and develop strategic enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, market development and relationship building
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, gain access to key decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Position IMI’s full portfolio of supply chain solutions around measurable business outcomes and customer value
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from first engagement through negotiation and contract signature
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, product and delivery teams to maximise customer success and sales effectiveness
  • Contribute to IMI’s commercial development by providing market insight, customer feedback and growth opportunities
  • Expand IMI’s presence within existing UK customers through cross-sell and strategic growth initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
