Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – Aviation SaaS / UTM / Airspace Management
ANRA Technologies is a global leader in airspace, mission, and traffic management software for uncrewed, autonomous, and traditional aircraft. Our cloud-native SaaS platforms power safe, scalable drone and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) operations for enterprises, ANSPs, regulators, and defense organizations worldwide.
We are scaling rapidly and hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to help expand our footprint across Europe and international markets. This role is ideal for an experienced aviation or enterprise SaaS seller who has closed complex deals, thrives in regulated environments, and is ready to grow into a larger leadership scope over time.

Required Skills
- Own enterprise and government sales opportunities across UK, Europe and adjacent regions, with a focus on aviation, drones, and critical infrastructure customers.
- Drive full-cycle sales for ANRA’s UTM, U-space, ATM, and airspace management SaaS platforms from prospecting to close.
- Engage directly with ANSPs, regulators, airports, enterprises, and system integrators to shape opportunities early.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving procurement, compliance, IT, and operations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategy, and proposal development in coordination with technical teams.
- Build strong relationships with partners, resellers, and integrators to expand market reach.
- Represent ANRA at industry events, aviation forums, and customer briefings.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while contributing to repeatable GTM execution.

Required Experience
- 4+ years of enterprise or government sales experience in aviation, aerospace, drones, or regulated infrastructure markets.
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS, cloud-native platforms, or mission-critical software into complex environments.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles, public-sector procurement, and technical buying committees.
- Familiarity with UTM, U-space, ATM, airspace management, geospatial, or mobility platforms strongly preferred.
- Comfort working in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments with high ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers, partners, and regulators across Europe.
