Build the Future of Intelligent Energy Across Europe
Join Driivz and help solve one of the biggest challenges in the energy transition.
Electrification is transforming the way energy is produced, managed, and consumed. As electric vehicles, battery storage, renewable generation, and grid constraints continue to accelerate, organizations need smarter ways to optimize energy usage, maximize infrastructure capacity, and reduce operating costs.
Driivz, a Vontier company, is at the forefront of this transformation.
Trusted by leading global brands including Shell, Volvo, Circle K and many of the world's largest charging operators, our software powers millions of charging sessions while helping organizations manage increasingly complex energy ecosystems.
As our Energy Management Systems (EMS) business continues to expand across Europe, we're looking for an exceptional enterprise sales professional to help build one of the most exciting growth areas within our company.
This is a role for someone who loves building markets, opening executive doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and winning complex enterprise software deals that shape the future of energy.
The Opportunity
Energy Management Systems represent one of the fastest-growing opportunities in electrification.
Utilities, renewable energy providers, battery storage operators, charge point operators, fleets, OEMs, and enterprise customers are all facing the same challenge:

As Senior Enterprise Sales Executive - EMS, you'll own the commercial growth of our EMS business across Europe while helping define how we expand into this rapidly evolving market.

- Developing trusted relationships with executive, commercial and technical decision makers
- Leading strategic opportunities from first conversation through contract signature
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Pre-Sales and Executive Leadership to develop winning customer solutions
- Bringing market intelligence back into Driivz to influence product direction, go-to-market strategy and future innovation
- Representing Driivz at customer meetings, executive briefings and industry events throughout Europe

You'll lead the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including:
- Prospecting and generating your own qualified pipeline
- Identifying strategic opportunities across European energy markets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
