JOB TITLE: SENIOR ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: United Kingdom (London preferred) – Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quotas. This is a performance-driven role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding strategic accounts across BFSI and cross-industry sectors. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, driving new business growth, and closing multi-million-dollar deals, with significant earning potential through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities across BFSI and cross-industry sectors, positioning solutions to meet customer needs.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored value-based solutions.
- Lead the identification, pursuit, and closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with executive and C-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Build, expand, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Manage and prioritize a high-value pipeline, focusing on high-potential enterprise opportunities while leveraging marketing-generated demand.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through disciplined execution and a strong results-driven mindset.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and close deals with precision within agreed timelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 12+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets across complex sales environments, ideally within BFSI and other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and Third-Party Risk functions, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently navigate complex enterprise organizations and develop strategic customer relationships.
- Experience within leading enterprise software companies using consultative, value-based, and strategic selling methodologies, supported by exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation to successful deal closure.
- Highly ambitious and results-driven, motivated by achieving outstanding business outcomes while maximizing performance-based earnings.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry trends, identify customer challenges, align solutions to business objectives, and deliver measurable value.
