Help Shape Sustainable Infrastructure Projects

Are you an experienced Environmental Advisor, Environmental Consultant or EIA specialist looking to work on complex infrastructure projects that deliver positive environmental outcomes?

We're seeking a Senior Environmental Advisor to join a growing environmental team, providing expert guidance across a diverse portfolio of capital and operational projects. This is an opportunity to influence projects from concept through to construction, ensuring environmental risks are effectively managed and sustainable solutions are embedded throughout project delivery.

Working closely with engineers, project managers, regulators and environmental specialists, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying constraints, supporting environmental assessments and helping deliver compliant, environmentally responsible infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Environmental Advisor, you will provide specialist environmental risk management and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide environmental risk management and technical advice across multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Apply Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) principles to support project development and delivery.
  • Identify environmental risks, constraints and mitigation requirements from project information, mapping and site data.
  • Coordinate environmental inputs across a wide range of technical disciplines.
  • Manage environmental surveys, assessments and specialist subcontractors.
  • Support planning, consenting and environmental permitting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UK environmental legislation and industry best practice.
  • Build effective relationships with regulators, local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Produce and review high-quality technical reports and environmental documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
