About the Role
As a CBRE Senior Environmental Compliance Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of environmental reporting regulations programs. This job is part of the Energy and Sustainability function. They are responsible for the development and implementation environmental and sustainability compliance programs.
What You'll Do
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Mentor and coach as needed.
- Guide the energy and sustainability team and the Client to stay on top of environmental regulations; and identify forthcoming regulations.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance in environmental and sustainability compliance management, drafting standard operating procedures and executive summaries.
- Set and track E&S regulations internal deadlines, mentor and coach the E&S team as needed.
- Collaborate with the internal platform team on upcoming regulations and share knowledge where required with other accounts.
- Work with various clients' stakeholders and present executive summaries and procedure documents for each regulation.
- Communicate past, current, and future environmental regulations information through presentations to the account team and clients.

- Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
- Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. Ensure all procedures and records are filed in a structured manner on the Client SharePoint.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
